At Groomies, our dog grooming salon in Brno, we combine expertise with empathy. Our priority is the well-being of your animal - we care about your dog's comfort and looks, and patiently build trust to achieve both, even with the most sensitive dogs.
At Groomies, we really don’t mind the things that many owners worry about:

Dirty dogs? We love them. Transforming a muddy pup into a clean, sweet-smelling dog is what we enjoy and do best. Feel free to come to us straight from a muddy walk.

We don't turn away anxious or fearful dogs. A dog's comfort and health are worth more to us than a "perfect" haircut at all costs. We build trust patiently, step by step.

Matted coat is not a reason for judgment. Life sometimes gets hectic and coat care simply slips away. With us, you will meet only with understanding - completely free of any guilt trips or shame. In such cases, we always prioritize the dog's comfort and safety. If brushing would be painful for them, we would rather gently shave them short to give them immediate relief.

How It Works?
Dog Grooming Services & Price List
We believe in complete transparency. Our prices at Groomies are approximate and are based on your dog's size, the condition of their coat, and the time we dedicate to them. The final price is always determined after a personal consultation in the salon. We also proudly offer a 15% discount on all services for guide and assistance dogs.

Full Grooming
Includes a gentle bath, blow-dry, thorough brushing, styling/cut according to your wishes or breed standard, and nail trimming. Ideal for breeds requiring regular haircuts.

Bath & De-shedding
Thorough undercoat removal (brushing), gentle bath with high-quality shampoo and conditioner, and blow-dry. This service significantly reduces shedding around the house and brings relief to dogs with thick coats.

Hygiene & Quick Care
Quick additional care for your dog's comfort and health between full grooming visits. These stand-alone services are done on the spot without booking a full treatment.

(A playful, stress-free visit to get used to salon sounds and touch. Includes a basic hygienic trim.) -
Late pick-up fee: 100 CZK / hour
(Applies to all services if the dog is not picked up within the 1-hour grace period after grooming.)
Groomies Taxi: Door-to-Door Grooming
We will pick up your dog at your home, take care of their grooming, and safely bring them back to you.
Price: 350 CZK within Brno (charged in addition to the price of the grooming service)
Hand-Stripping
A gentle technique of removing dead hair for wire-haired breeds (e.g., Terriers, Schnauzers). It helps the skin breathe and keeps the coat strong and healthy. We hand-strip with maximum respect to your dog's comfort and only when the coat is ready. Includes a subsequent soothing bath, blow-dry, and nail trimming.

Please note: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50%, and no-shows 100% of the service price.
1. Booking
Choose your appointment online or give us a call. Before coming in, please briefly walk your dog — it will help them relieve themselves, making the entire visit much more comfortable and relaxed for them.
2. Consultation
At hand-off, we will go through a short questionnaire together (covering health, temperament, allergies, or fears of the blow-dryer) and agree on the haircut and the gentlest approach.
3. Care & Departure
At hand-off, we will give you a time estimate. We groom your dog at their own pace — if the treatment takes more (or less) time due to their behavior or coat condition, we will let you know right away by text message or by calling you. As soon as we are finished, we will text you that your pup is ready to be picked up.
